Richard H. List - President. It could be said that Rich started his homebuilding company from the ground up. Rich founded Richard H. List, Inc, a site and utility contracting firm, in 1963. Today, Richard H. List, Inc. still performs all of the infrastructure, sitework and utilities for the Manchester Associates' communities and individual homes. Having a desire to apply his hands-on approach to business to homebuilding, he founded Manchester Associates, Ltd., with his wife Patricia, in 1986. After 23 years and 500 homes across the Capital District, Rich is still applying his hands-on approach to ensure a high level of quality at each and every stage of the development and homebuilding processes.

Patricia List - Vice President. Together with Rich shared a vision to start their own home-building company with an emphasis on quality and service. That vision was realized in 1986 with the formation of Manchester Associates, Ltd. For over 23 years, Pat has personified the company motto "From our family to yours".

Wade Coton - Site Coordinator and Projects Supervisor. After earning a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from SUNY Buffalo, Wade joined the family business in 1995 to help oversee and coordinate the growing home-building business. Wade is now responsible for our daily operations including home construction, sales and marketing and customer relations and service.
