During the recent Parade of Homes sponsored by the Capital Region Builders Association, Manchester Associates, Ltd. new model home at 1 Woods Cross Road in their Manchester Heights community won four top awards.   In a competition of the area's top builders, Manchester Associates' entry won the following prestigious awards:

 Realtors Choice Award: This award brought recognition by the area's top real estate professionals as the best overall new home entry
